Thursday 17th November
- Today we established our groups that we are going to be working with for our media task. We decided and agreed on a group: Charlotte MacDonald, Millie Suiter, Emily Dutton and Ella Mackley.
- Then, we discussed a potential 10 questions for a survey that Emily then produced on survey monkey and posted on Facebook in order to gather market research from potential viewers of our film opening.
- We also thought about a focus group that is appropriate for our film.
- We decided that we needed to organise a meeting with about 6 people who fitted in our focus group, we need to take photos of our 6 chosen individuals and create a profile for each of them.
- After their profile has been organised, we are going to arrange an initial meeting and invite them to be a part of our project. We shall explain to them what is required, which is their personal opinion so we can get an insight of the needs and wants of our potential audience.
- Organising a focus group is a vital stage so we decided Millie and Ella were going to work together to decide on a group of 6 people and create their profile. And then, Charlotte is to assist by contacting the members and arranging the first meeting.
